Refund policy
At Refrigerant Supply LLC, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@RefrigerantSupply.com. Be sure to include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or invoice.
If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or fees for returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or exchange requests.
Eligibility for Returns

- In the original packaging
- Free from damage caused after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@RefrigerantSupply.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2–4 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days after processing.
